General information:
Elyos housing zone
- Sanctum housing zone with 500 house slots – 234 House, 139 Senior-house, 123 Luxury house, 4 Luxury mansion. Town-house amount is unlimited, because every char (lvl 21+) can have it.
- Heiron housing zone with 15 house slots – 4 House, 9 Senior-house, 2 Luxury house (not yet showed)
- Inggison housing zone with 15 house slots – 4 House, 9 Senior-house, 2 Luxury house (not yet showed)
Asmodian housing zones

How to enter your own house:
After completing first quest (which gives players his/hers own “room”), player will get skillbook which learns teleporting skill.

Houses types:
There will be 5 types of houses: first one can be obtained via quest, but it’s rather small (actually it seems it’s just a room in town-house 😛 ). If you want bigger and more luxury house, they can be bought from House Auctions.

Customizing and decorating your house:
Although there will be only 5 types (shapes) of houses available, players will be able to customize and decorating theirs homes. Many different objects can be up in house – furnitures, functional objects (mail box, wardrobe with warehouse slots ect. ect.) and trophies. Also players will be able to customize house appearance – roofs, walls, windows ect.

Visiting / inviting friends:
Player’s may establish “bound” between theirs house and friend’s house. By clicking special object, they can see list of friend’s houses and choose to visit them (tho it depends of house permission).
House auctions:
Player receive Town-house simple by doing a quest, to get better, bigger and more luxury house in which more decorations can be placed, player need to buy them from “House Auction”. Players can sell and buy theirs houses here, the highest bid wins and luxury houses can be very expensive so think about it carefully. Also houses have maintenance cost – if player won’t pay it, house after 2 weeks will “back to the house market” and will be put on House Auction.
