In order to raise the skill, you will have to finish special quest (Essencetapping: for Elyos – [Expert] Essencetapper’s Test / for Asmodian – [Expert] Essencetapper’s Test; Aethertapping: for Elyos – [Expert] Aethertapper’s Test / for Asmodian – [Expert] Aethertapper’s Test) and also pay a fee.
